How do I return an item?

We have a standard return policy that all returns must follow. We accept returns for 14-days after purchase. Electrical and special order items are not eligible for return. Items must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for return. Engines that have been filled with fuel, oil, or any fluids are not eligible for return. You must contact our us and obtain a Return Authorization number for your return. The buyer pays the return shipping on all standard returns. You will need to package the item sufficiently to prevent damage in transit back to us. You will need to write your RA number on the package next to the shipping label. We will inspect all returns prior to refunding the order. We will deduct any defects (damage or condition issues) found in inspection from the refund. Used items are not eligible for return. Outbound shipping will not be credited. If the item was shipped as "Free Shipping", the actual cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from refund amount.

How will my refund be applied?

In accordance with federal law, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. We will refund the due amount to the same credit card or PayPal account that was used to purchase the item. If the original payment method is no longer vaild (lost card), we may issue the refund via company check and mail it to the "bill to" address on file. There may be a significant delay in processing time for refund checks.
